We will happily provide copies of report cards and other administrative/educational records in a timely manner. Out of respect for our office and educational team, please consider:
- All requests must be emailed to [email protected].
- Allow for up to two weeks for any records request to be made.
- Send a complete list of records requested all at once - not a string of emails over time.
- Provide a stamped, addressed envelope for all hard copies requested.
- Electronic portals are often used and should still provide ample time to complete.
Our teachers in PK-5 create thoughtful comments and these can often be insightful for many purposes. Teachers in 5th and 8th grade may (or may not) complete recommendation forms at their discretion. In many cases, the information provided on previous report cards is sufficient.
All recommendations (beyond an official report card) other than Grades 5 and 8 may not be honored.
