SLT Subcommittees

In order to allow for the deeper study of several core matters affecting Spruce Street School and to provide a forum for open dialogue and participation by all interested constituents, the SLT recently established five subcommittees.  Parents, teachers and administrators who are part of the Spruce Street School community are encouraged to join these committees and get involved in making our school the best it can be.  Each subcommittee is charged with working collaboratively toward the common goal of supporting our students by engaging in a positive dialogue. Meetings should not be considered venting sessions and respectful solutions oriented dialogue is expected of all committee members. 

An SLT member, who will be responsible for scheduling meetings, helping to guide the discussion to ensure inclusiveness, enforcing subcommittee protocols and reporting back to the SLT monthly, will be chairperson for each subcommittee. The current SLT subcommittees and chairpersons are listed below.  If you are interested in joining a subcommittee, please contact the committee chairperson directly.
