BIGTIME WINTER FUN COMING SOON!!!

The Spruce Street School PTA is hosting our first Winter Carnival.  All events and activities are indoors and include fun carnival games, a bouncy carousel, clowns, face painting, arts and crafts and more. We will also be selling fantastic food and delicious home-baked desserts. It’s a true community event and not to be missed. Proceeds go to the Spruce Street PTA! Lots of help is needed for an event this big! To volunteer visit our volunteer site. To donate to the carnival wish list visit http://amzn.com/w/TAJK9KUZN33K . To donate prizes needed to award gaming participants visit http://amzn.com/w/TJKUGMNOMJAX . For more information contact Shelley at ptavp2@sprucestreetnyc.org.

Reminder!
HELP PROVIDE VALUABLE RESOURCES TO YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL!!!

Visit the direct appeal link to donate directly to the school PTA. This year the PTA is funding initiatives including dance programs offered by National Dance Institute (1st-5th grades) and Arts Connection (Pre-K and K) which brings art and movement into the school day; our librarian to foster a love of reading, trained recess staff to help keep kids safe and happy while they play; green hand soap and lice checks to promote health and wellness; and professional development programs to keep Spruce teachers and staff in the forefront of education.
The suggested donation is $900 per child, but we encourage you to give any amount your family is able to give. All donation sizes are appreciated and work toward our school-wide goal of 100% participation. All donations to Spruce Direct Appeal are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. To donate visit direct appeal. For more information contact Charlie at ptatreasurer@sprucestreetnyc.org.
